摘　　要：视网膜缺血再灌注损伤是临床常见疾病病理改变，其发病机制还在研究中，但细胞凋亡是视网膜缺血再灌注损伤中神经细胞死亡的主要形式，caspase家族是一组含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶，在细胞凋亡过程中发挥重要作用。文章就caspase在视网膜缺血再灌注损伤中表达及中药调控综述如下。Retinal ischemia-reperfusion injury is a pathological changes of common clinical disease, and the producing mechanism is still in research,but apoptosis is the main form of neuronal death in retinal ischemia-reperfusion injury. Caspase family is a group of cysteine aspartic acid protease and plays an important role in the process of apoptosis. In this article, the expression of caspase and the regulation of traditional Chinese medicine are reviewed.
