多种教学方法在中西医结合眼科教学的应用

摘　　要：目的提升医学生在中西医结合眼科授课后的临床应用能力，改进中西医结合眼科学教学方法。方法结合中西医结合眼科学飞速发展的特点及现阶段社会公众宣传的影响力下，配合各章节内容的特点，将角色扮演法、点拨教学法、多媒体教学与教学内容灵活结合应用，相得益彰。结果激发学生对中西医结合眼科学的爱好和兴趣，同时在学习中对学生的思维、知识障碍给予点拨化解，引导学生的思维和知识逻辑化贯通，启发学生自行思考和研究。结论在中西医结合眼科教学工作中，强调中医四诊合参、临床辨证论治的基础上，应加强多种的教学模式贯穿始终，结合不同章节内容、重点灵活使用相应的教学方法，才是我们中西医结结合眼科教师应挖掘和探索的目标。Objective To improve the clinical application ability of the medical students in the combination of ophthalmology and traditional Chinese medicine and to improve the teaching method of ophthalmology combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods Combined with the rapid development of Chinese and Western medicine and the characteristics of the rapid development of public awareness of the current stage, with the characteristics of the contents of the chapters, the role-playing method, teaching coaching, multimedia teaching and teaching content flexible application, complement each other. Results Stimulate students＂ interest in Chinese and Western medicine combined with ophthalmology, at the same time in the study of students thinking,knowledge disorder to give the dial to resolve and guide students thinking and knowledge of logic through, inspire students to think and study on their own. Conclusion Combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the teaching of ophthalmology, emphasizing the four TCM diagnosis and treatment,clinical diagnosis and treatment based on a variety of teaching models should be strengthened throughout the combination of different chapters, Combined with ophthalmology teachers should excavate and explore the target.
