校本为基:新型大学教师专业成长的必然路径

摘　　要：教师素质直接关系到学校的转型发展和教学质量,新型大学的发展现状决定了加强教师培养、培训,促进教师专业成长是其必由之路。基于教师队伍数量不足、教学任务繁重、缺乏外出进修与深造条件,立足校本培养教师专业成长具有现实可行性。构建"三位一体"教师队伍建设的培养体系,培育"多元平台"教师专业成长的发展路径,实施"学研并重"教师素养提升的转型驱动是新型大学教师专业成长的路径选择。Since teachers’ attainment infuences college development and teaching quality, it is an inevitable route to strengthen teachers’ training and promote their professional development for new-type colleges at pres-ent. School-based training is practicable and feasible. Under the circumstances of the insufcient number of teachers, heavy teaching task, and lack of of-job training, this paper suggests that the “trinity” teaching team mechanism and “multi-platform” professional development route should be constructed. Besides, equal empha-sis should be placed on teacher learning and researching. Only in this way can teachers’ professional develop-ment be realized in new-type colleges.
