医学研究生的基因组学课程建设和教学初探

摘　　要：基因组学是目前在生命科学中最年轻、最活跃、进展最快的领域。基因组学课程已被越来越多的院校列为生物学和医学专业本科或研究生的必修课或者选修课。西安交通大学于2004年始,培养学生形成从整体上研究生命现象、发现生命现象本质的思想,奠定医学研究基础的目的出发,开设了基因组学课程,供已具备遗传学和分子生物学基础的医学研究生选修。本文就医学研究生的基因组学课程建设和教学进行了初步探讨,希望对促进基因组学教学有所帮助。Genomics is the youngest, most active and fastest growing field in life science. In order to meet the development of genomics, genomics discipline has been increasingly accepted as a required or elective course for undergraduate and graduate students major in biology and medicine. On the purpose of training students to study the phenomenon of life as a whole and laying the foundation for their medical research, Genomics was offered as an elective course for medical graduates who have studied genetics and molecular biology. In order to improve genomics teaching, we discussed the construction of genomics and shared the teaching experience in this paper.
