摘 要:目的探讨以团队为基础学习(Team-based Learning,TBL)结合高端模拟系统教学模式在心肺复苏临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法选择中山大学中山医学院2012级临床医学专业96名学生为教学对象,将其分为实验组(TBL教学法+高端模拟人教学)和对照组(传统授课教学法),比较两组学生见习结束后的考试成绩。记录两组学生在课堂中的表现及课后对各自所接受教学模式的评价。结果实验组49人,对照组47人。两组学生性别(P=0.47)、年龄(P=0.39)、内科学成绩(P=0.46)、病理生理学成绩(P=0.50)和个人理论成绩(P=0.16)比较,差异无统计学意义,而个人操作成绩(P<0.001)和临床病例成绩(P=0.002)差异有统计学意义,实验组学生成绩显著高于对照组。课后调查问卷结果表明,实验组有95%以上的学生对TBL结合高端模拟系统教学模式评价良好,而对照组认同传统教学方法的学生仅为80%左右。结论 TBL结合高端模拟系统教学方法可提高团队合作精神、提高学习的主动性与积极性,有助于提高学习成绩,增强处理实际问题能力,获得了学生的高度认可,值得在心肺复苏临床见习教学中逐步推广应用。Objective To study the efficiency of Team-based Learning (TBL) with high-end simulation system in the probation teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods 96 undergraduate students in grade 2012 in SUN Yat-sen University, Zhongshan School of Medicine were equally divided into 2 groups:the traditional teaching group and the experimental group (TBL with high-end simulation system). The scores were compared between these 2 groups in the final test of the probation. Students' performances in lessons and their feedback towards teaching methods which they respectively accepted after lessons were recorded. Results There are 49 students in the experimental group and 47 in the traditional teaching group. There were no significant differences between the two groups in gender(P=0.47), age(P=0. 39), internal medicine scores(P=0. 46), pathophysiology scores (P =0. 50) and theoretical scores (P=0. 16}. But there were significant differences in operation marks (P〈0. 001) and clinical case marks (P=0. 002), the experimental group scores were significant higher than the traditional teaching group' s. Over 95% of students in the experimental group had good feedback towards the TBL with high-end simulation system teaching method, as only 80% in the traditional teaching group had good feedback towards the traditional teaching method. ConcLusion TBL with high-end simulation system teaching method cultivates students' team spirit and capability promotes their initiative and enthusiasm in study. It also helps improve students' scores and enhance their ability to deal with practical problems. It is welcomed by students and worth promotion in phases.
