胆宁片对胆色素结石型豚鼠胆汁CRP、血清PGE_2及血清胰岛素敏感性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨胆宁片对胆色素结石型豚鼠胆汁C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清前列腺素E2(PGE_2)及血清胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)的影响。方法:构建胆色素结石型豚鼠模型,给予胆宁片小、中、大剂量治疗,治疗后用ELISA法测定胆汁中CRP、血清中PGE_2及血清胰岛素的含量,血糖仪测得血糖,计算胰岛素敏感性指数。结果:胆宁片各剂量组豚鼠胆汁CRP及血清PGE_2含量较模型组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且胆宁片各剂量组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型组豚鼠血清胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)较空白组及胆宁片各剂量组下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过双变量相关性分析,豚鼠血清PGE_2与胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)呈负相关。结论:胆宁片能够影响胆色素结石型豚鼠炎性物质及胰岛素敏感性,其机制可能与改善炎症反应及胰岛素敏感性有关。Objective： To discuss the influence of DanNing tablets on bile CRP, serum prostaglandin E2（PGE2） and serum insulin sensitivity index （ISI） of bile pigment calculus type guinea pig. Methods： Bile pigment calculus type guinea pigs were established, and treated with DanNing tablets in low, moderate and high dose, after treating, the contents of CRP, PGE2 in the serum and serum insulin in the bile were detected by ELISA method, and blood sugar was detected byglucose metertocalculate ISI. Results： Different doses groups of DanNing tablets were less than the model group in the contents of CRP and PGE2 in the serum, and the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）, and the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons among different doses groups of DanNingtablets （P〈0.05）;ISI of the model group decreased compared with the blank group and different doses groups of DanNing tablets, and the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）; by bivariate correlation analysis, there was negative correlation between serum PGE2 and ISI. Conclusion： DanNing tablets could affect inflammatory substance and the sensitivity of insulin of bile pigment calculus type guinea pig, and its mechanism might be related to improve inflammatory reaction and insulin sensitivity.
