摘　　要：目的:探索风湿免疫科临床药师工作模式。方法:描述风湿免疫科临床药师的实践过程和案例,总结分享临床药师的工作体会。结果和结论:临床药师可以从参与制定药物治疗方案、提供药物咨询、处理不良反应、完善患者用药监护等方面开展工作,成为临床治疗团队不可或缺的一员。Objective： To explore the work pattern of clinical pharmacists in the department of rheumatic and immunology. Methods： Combined with the practice process and the valuable cases provided by clinical pharmacists, the work experience was summarize and shared. Results and Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists can become an integral part of the clinical treatment team by participating in the development of drug treatment programs, providing drug counseling, dealing with adverse reactions, improving patient medication monitoring and conducting other types of work.
