摘　　要：大学英语教学应遵照学生认知规律和第二语言习得规律,故大学英语教学模式的改革就很有必要。英语学习网站,与学生所使用的纸质教材相比,在为学生提供丰富灵活的英语语言资源上更具优势。本文通过对大学英语课外学习新模式的解析,提出了基于英语学习网站的学生自主学习和教师指导相结合的课外学习模式的构建。并根据其实施的基本要求和方法,把学习网站与课堂教学有机结合,切实提高大学英语教学质量。English teaching should conform to the rules in second language learning anti stuctent s cog- nition, so the reform of college English teaching model is urgent and necessary. The learning website of college English, compared to the teaching materials students use, has many advantages in providing the learning resources for students. This paper puts forward ＂the construction of the extracurricular learning model＂. It also points out its basic requirements and approaches. What＇ s more, it can im- prove the teaching quality of college English.
