摘 要:"大医精诚"的理念要求医者既要有精湛的医术,也要有高尚的品德修养。不仅需要学校培养学生高尚的道德情操与专业度素质,也需要采取多种方式来培养学生人文素质,促使学生成为价值取向、胸襟气度以及人文修养都具备突出表现的高水平、高质量人才,所以需要加强医学生人文教育应以培养卓越医生具备的人文素质为目标,改变传统人文医学教学形式,从课程核心内容、授课形式及师资建设方面,大力推进人文与医学实践相结合,构建人文医学新的总体规划,本文在分析中国人文医学教育的现状以及大医精诚的理念与人文医学密切相关性之后,探讨几点在医学人文教育中融入大医精诚理念的效果,加强医学生人文素质教育的路径。The concept of "great physician sincerity" requires doctors to have both superb skills and noble moral cultivation. Schools need not only to cultivate students' noble moral sentiment and professional quality,but also need to adopt a variety of ways to cultivate students' Humanistic quality,to promote students to become value orientation, mind bearing and humanistic accomplishment with outstanding performance of high level,high quality talents,Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen humanistic education of medical students to aim at cultivating humanistic quality of excellent doctors,changing the traditional teaching form of humanistic medicine.We should vigorously promote the combination of Humanities and medical practice from the core content of the course,teaching forms and teachers' construction,to construct a new general plan of humanistic medicine.After analyzing the current situation of humanistic medical education in China and the close correlation between the concept of "great physician sincerity" and humanistic medicine,this paper discusses the effect of integrating the concept of "great physician sincerity" in medical humanistic education, and strengthens the path of humanistic quality education for medical students.
