摘　　要："一带一路"倡议促使我们重新理解和建构新的全球文明史观。过去,无论是西方视角的"欧洲中心"还是中国视角的"华夷秩序",都体现出一种差序化的帝国意识。今天"一带一路"的提出,某种程度上是对"古丝绸之路"的文化复兴,在全球化视野下弘扬"天下主义",借力文化多样与文化共荣重绘新的文明版图。在与历史的呼应中重新审视历史文化资源的当下意义,在文物和遗址中理解世界文明的进程,发现"丝绸之路"文化线路遗产和沿线非物质文化遗产的价值并予以科学合理的资源整合,从跨国联合文物考古展览、开发遗产廊道旅游产业、数字创意活化传统文化等几个维度,探索历史文化资源的活化传承与开发路径。"The Belt and Road" has prompted us to re-understand and construct a new historical concept of global civilization. In the past,both the "European center" with the Western perspective and the "Chinese order" with the Chinese perspective reflected a disparate empire consciousness.Today,the proposal for "the Belt and Road" is also a cultural renaissance of the "Ancient Silk Road" at some extent,promoting "world doctrine" in the context of globalization,leveraging on cultural diversity and cultural reunif ication to redraw the new civilizations. In the echoes of history,we should re-examine the current significance of historical and cultural resources,understand the process of world civilization in cultural relics and sites,find out the value of the cultural heritage along the Silk Road and the intangible cultural heritage along the Silk Road and provide scientific and rational resource integration ,From the cross-border joint cultural and archeological exhibitions,the development of heritage corridor tourism industry,digital creativity to revitalize the traditional culture of several dimensions,to explore the historical heritage of cultural heritage and development path.
