摘 要:目的在消毒供应中心实习护生带教中应用器械图谱教学方法,评估其在教学中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月-2015年12月重庆某高等医药专科学校护生140人作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组70人。实验组应用器械图谱教学方法,对照组应用传统教学方法,比较两组理论知识和操作技能以及教学效果评价。结果实验组理论知识和操作技能均优于对照组,实验组的配包合格率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组在团队协作、激发学习兴趣、促进自学能力、器械的辨识能力、器械拆卸方法掌握等方面显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论器械图谱教学方法应用在消毒供应中心实习护生带教中,带教效果显著优于传统教学模式,有助于提高教学质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of applying instrument atlas in th-e teaching of nursing students in disinfection supply center.Methods a total of 140 nursing students from a medical college in Chongqing from January 2014 to december 2015 were rando mly dividedinto the experimental group and the control group,each with 70 students.For the experimental group,instru-ment atlas teaching method wasused,while for the control group,traditional t-eaching method was used.Then the two groups were compared with the theor-etical knowledgeand operation skills and teaching effect evaluation.Results T-he experimental group of nursing students knowledge and skills are better thanthe control group,the experimental group with the package qualified rate is higher than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P〈0.05);The nursing students in the experimental group were significantly better th-an those in the control group in group cooperation,stimulating learning interest,promoting self-learning ability,identification ability of instruments and disasse-mbly of equipment,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P〈0.05).ConclusionThe teaching of instrument mapping in teaching practice of nursi-ng students in disin-fection supply center is superior to the traditional teaching mode in teaching and improves the quality of teaching.
