摘 要:[目的]优化八月瓜果皮超声水解提取总多酚的工艺条件。[方法]以八月瓜果皮为研究对象,通过单因素试验和响应面试验考察了水解p H、水解温度和水解时间对总多酚得率的影响,建立了数学模型。[结果]用乙醇作为溶剂,按1∶20(g/m L)固液比加60%乙醇水溶液,在最优条件下(p H 5.23,水解温度53.76℃,水解时间115.66 min),模型对总多酚得率的预测值为5.63%。优化条件组合(p H 5.23,水解温度54℃,水解时间116 min)试验下总多酚得率为5.58%,模型预测值与组合试验结果吻合。[结论]试验结果为八月瓜的开发提供了理论依据。[ Objective] The aim was to optimize extraction technology of total polyphenol by ultrasonic-hydrolysis. [ Method ] With Akebia tri-foliate pericarp as the research object, Influence of pH, hydrolysis temperature and time on extraction yield of total polyphenol was investigated by single factor experiment and response surface method. Mathematical model of the experiment was established. [ Result] The results show that using ethanol as solvent, according to 1 20( g/mL) solid-liquid ratio addition 60% ethanol aqueous solution, model on predictive value of total polyphenols extraction yield was 5. 63% at pH of 5. 23 , 53. 76℃ hydrolysis 115. 66 min. Extraction ratio of total polyphenols under com-bination experiment of optimal condition was 5. 58%. The model predicted values and the combination experiment result was identical. [ Con-clusion ]The results provide reference for the exploitation of Akebia trifoliate.
