高职学生心理资本与就业能力的关系研究

摘　　要：高职学生整体就业能力和心理资本状况一般,而且在多个维度方面表现较差。高职学生心理资本与就业能力有显著的正相关关系(P<0.05),学校要重视大学生自信心的培养,强化积极阳光心态的形成,重视坚毅品格与感恩心理建设。此外,还要做好学生的职业技能培育,以提升毕业生就业能力。The overall employability and psychological capital of higher vocational college students are general and the performance is poor in many dimensions. There is a significant positive correlation between vocational college students' psychological capital and employability( P < 0. 05). Schools should pay attention to the cultivation of their self-confidence,strengthen the formation of positive sunshine mentality and attach importance to the construction of persistent character and gratitude psychology. In addition,it is necessary to cultivate students' vocational skills so as to enhance their employability.
