摘 要:高速铁路节假日出行需求激增,为使节假日列车开行方案在尽可能保持平日列车开行方案结构的前提下,以更灵活的调节手段优化节假日列车开行方案,实现以最低成本提高客流服务水平,阐述节假日高速列车开行方案现状,借鉴国外灵活优化经验,以降低运营成本与最大程度保持平日列车开行方案结构为目标,通过引入备选列车集合,将求解难度高的非线性混合整数模型转化为0-1线性规划模型,并以京沪高速铁路2015年清明节本线上行列车开行方案为例,对模型的正确性与可行性进行验证,为高速铁路节假日列车开行方案优化提供参考依据。Demand on high-speed rail travel has soared over holidays. Under the premise of keeping similar planning structure, how to optimize holiday line planning of high-speed railway with more flexible adjustments in order to achieve improving passenger services level at the lowest cost becomes an important issue. Learning flexible optimization of foreign countries, the paper considers the goals of reducing the operating cost and keeping the structure of daily line planning as much as possible to build the model. The introduction of train pool set can transform high nonlinear mixed integer model with difficult-solving problem into 0-1 linear programming model. Also a case study of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway line planning problem during Qingming Festival in 2015 verifies the effectiveness of the optimization model and provides a reference for the holiday line planning of high-speed railway.
