摘  要:将神香草的花和叶分别在常温避光、-20℃、-40℃条件下贮藏50、100、150和200天,然后利用水蒸气蒸馏法、超声强化水蒸气蒸馏法和亚临界萃取法提取神香草精油,比较不同贮藏条件对精油得率的影响。结果表明,利用水蒸气蒸馏法、超声强化水蒸气蒸馏法和亚临界萃取法从神香草中提取精油,其精油得率在不同贮藏条件和不同贮藏时间下的变化趋势相同,都是-40℃贮藏条件下精油得率最高,常温避光贮藏的样品精油得率最低;贮藏50天的样品在同等贮藏条件下精油得率最高,贮藏200天的样品在同等贮藏条件下精油得率最低。Storaging the hyssop flowers and leaves respectively in room temperature, -20 ℃ and -40 ℃ for 50 days, 100 days, 150 days and 200 days, extracting hyssopus oil by steam distillation, ultrasound- enhanced water vapor distillation and subcritical extraction method, this study compared the yield of hyssopus oil in different storage conditions. The results showed that the yield of hyssopus oil extracted by steam distillation, ultrasound- enhanced water vapor distillation and subcritical extraction method had the same change trend under the different storage conditions and with different storage time. The yield of hyssopus oil was highest when the storage temperature was -40℃. At room temperature away from light during storage, the yield of hyssopus oil was lowest. The samples kept in storage for 50 days have the highest rate of yield of hyssopus oil, while the samples kept in storage for 200 days have the lowest rate.
