摘  要:当前,我国高校俄语人才培养存在的主要问题是缺乏合理的教学方法、忽视学生良好心理素质的培养、缺乏合理的课程设置与考试制度。为解决这些问题,可应用语言输出理论,创新思路,树立实践教学新理念,创造学生主导的语言新环境,提高学生学习口语的主观能动性,从而促进俄语人才培养质量的提升。In the current time, there are many problems about training for Russian educational talents in colleges and university, which include lack of reasonable teaching methods, overlook of develop excellent psychological quality of students, and shortage of reasonable curriculums and examination system. In order to solve those problems, we can use output hypothesis theory, inno- vative thinking, new concept of teaching, student - centered language environment and subjective initiative to enhance the students' ability to speak Russian to improve the quality of training for Russian educational talents.
