摘　　要：从高职毕业生就业质量、就业现状评价其就业能力,分析高职毕业生就业需求,反思高职大学生就业能力培养存在的问题和不足,提出高职院校学生就业能力培养的建议,助力高职院校教育教学改革,不断提升高职毕业生就业质量。This paper evaluates the employability of vocational college graduates through the employment quality and the employment status of the graduates,and draws conclusions from the existing problems of vocational college students＇ employability,so as to provide reference for the employability training of graduates in higher vocational colleges,which contributes to the improvement of employment quality of vocational graduates.
