摘  要:车身轻量化是降低原油消耗与尾气排放的必要措施,而轻量化新材料的使用对多材料车身零部件间的连接提出了新的挑战。在这种趋势下,新的车身连接技术不断被开发出来并投入量产应用。常用的白车身零部件连接方式包括点连接、线连接和一般紧固件连接几类。本文介绍了几种典型的多材料车身机械点连接技术,分析了其原理、优缺点、应用和开发进展,并对其选择和应用策略进行了浅析,为多材料车身轻量化设计提供连接方法上的新参考。Lightweight of automobile body is a necessary measure to reduce oil consumption and exhaust emission. The use of new lightweight materials put forward new challenges for joining of multi-material body parts. In this trend, new body joining technologies have been developed and put into mass production applications. Common BIW parts joining technologies include spot joining, seam joining and general fastener joining. In this paper, several typical spot joining technologies of multi-material body are introduced. Their principles, advantages and disadvantages, application and development progress are analyzed. How to choose them and their application strategies have also been analyzed. New reference on the joining methods for multi-material body lightweight design are thus provided.
