摘　　要：社会与自然环境的变化与发展在不断促进高校学生增长知识、增强认识的同时,也暴露出了教育上的不足与缺陷,立德树人始终是高校学生工作的核心和灵魂,故提出把握"高、温、深、厚"四个维度,从思想认识、人文关怀、问题导向、具体措施等四个方面持续深入开展工作,提高学生工作实效,不断提升学生思想水平、政治觉悟、道德品质、文化素养,让学生成为德才兼备、全面发展的人才。With the change and development of society and natural environment, college students are equipped with more knowledge and comprehension. However, some limitations and disadvantages in college education are al- so exposed recently. To enhance morality and foster talents is always the core and soul in college student work. Therefore, four dimensions are proposed in this paper which are height, warmth, depth and thickness. It is more effective to implement student work from four aspects： ideological understanding, humane care, problem oriented and specific measures. Only in this way can we help improve the level of ideology, political awareness, morality and culture quality of college students. This paper hopes to give advice to the education of all-round developed students with both ability and political integrity.
