党的教育方针的时代表征与中国表达——基于对习近平同志教育讲话的解读

摘　　要：教育方针是指引国家教育改革与发展的纲领,如何全面贯彻党的教育方针,关涉到教育为谁培养人、培养什么样的人和怎样培养人的重要问题。论文在历史梳理的基础上,对党的教育方针的社会主义性质做了理论分析,结合习近平同志高校思想政治工作讲话中"为人民服务,为中国共产党治国理政服务,为巩固和发展中国特色社会主义制度服务,为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设服务"的思想,探讨了新形势下党的教育方针的新内涵,即牢牢抱定党对教育领导的宗旨,坚持教育的社会主义办学方向,培养全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。习近平同志"四个服务"思想,对深化党对教育规律的认识,全面贯彻党的教育方针,推动社会主义教育实践的不断发展,具有重大理论与现实意义。Educational policy is the guideline of the national education,the implementation of the education policy influence three fundamental questions：The character of education,the aim of education and the strategy of education.Based on the history document research,this article studies the socialist nature of the education policy.Based on the Xi Jinping speech in the meeting with the topic on ideological and political work of universities,Xi said that education should serve the people,serve the communist party,serve the Socialism with Chinese characteristics,serve the reform and socialist modernization.We have discussed the new meaning of the party＇s education policy as follows：Confirm the party＇s leadership of education,adhere to the socialist direction of education,cultivate socialist builders and successors who are allround development.The ＂four services＂ thought of Comrade Xi Jinping has significant theoretical and practical influence on the following aspects：To deepen the party＇s understanding of education law,fully implement the education policy,and promote the development of the socialist education practice.
