摘　　要：本文以广西电力职业技术学院为例,阐述其通过"厘清竞争优劣势,明确努力方向;确立办学理念,制定发展战略,明确发展方向;突出问题导向,创新管理机制,激发主观能动性;实施品牌战略,优化资源配置,实现跨越式发展"等提升学院核心竞争力的举措。Taking Guangxi Electric Polytechnic Institute as an example, describes its through clarifying the competitive advantages and disadvantages, and clear the direction; the establishment of educational concept, development strategy, a clear direction of development; to highlight the problem oriented, innovation management mechanism, stimulate the initiative; the implementation of brand strategy, optimize the allocation of resources, to achieve leapfrog development of the core competitiveness and enhance college move.
