生源多样化背景下高职生的学业预警管理

摘　　要：当前,高职院校生源地区来源、学习目标、入学途径都呈现多样化。在这一背景下,实行学业预警管理有利于高职院校提高人才培养质量。高职院校学业预警内容主要包括基础管理、挂科、积欠学分、技能要求几个方面。建立适应不同学习需求的制度体系和预警学生的联动帮扶体系可以对高职生学业预警管理起到支撑作用。Nowadays college vocational students vary in their places of origin,learning targets and means of enrollment. Under this background,to implement academic precaution management is conducive to enhance the talent cultivation quality. The precaution system covers the aspects of general affairs,failure in classes,academiccredits and skills requirement. To construct a precaution system adaptable to students with various needs and acoordinated aiding system for those precaution recipients will support the academic affairs management of vocational college students.
