美国《2016年国家教育技术规划》对我国教育信息化发展的启示

摘　　要：应用整合和融合创新是信息技术变革教育的两大关键阶段。从教育信息化发展程度来看,我国还处于初步应用整合阶段,而美国的教育信息化一直处于世界领先地位,已经开始进入融合创新阶段。参考和借鉴美国《2016年国家教育技术计划》的内容,有助于缩短我国教育信息化从应用整合阶段上升到融合创新阶段的时间,加速我国教育信息化的发展。Application and integration, fusion and innovation are two key stages in the process of education reform with information technology. From the standpoint of educational informatization development, China is still at the beginning stage of application and integration, but America has entered the stage of fusion and innovation. Referring and drawing lessons from American 2016 National Education Technology Plan will be benefitial for shortening our educational informafization time from application and integration to fusion and innovation so as to accelerate the development of educational informatization.
