摘 要:全球化时代对高校的人才培养带来挑战,高校纷纷通过制定国际化战略,塑造具有国际视野、全球意识和跨文化能力的人。通识教育课程国际化承担着培养学生国际素养的重要使命,目前我国高校通识教育课程国际化存在教学目标不明确;学生从全球化视角分析问题,将社会问题与全球、本国、本地社会发展相关联的能力不足。面对"人类命运共同体"构建的时代主题,需要高校在国际化进程中明确通识教育国际化的培养目标;构筑文化自觉,处理本土知识与全球知识的矛盾;增加跨学科课程来完善通识教育课程的内容与结构;与社会相关组织合作挖掘通识教育课程的隐性资源。Globalization has brought great challenges to the higher education personnel training.Against this background, universities around the world have developed internationalization strategies to cultivate students with international view, global awareness and intercultural competence. The internationalization of general education curriculum undertakes the important mission of cultivating students' international literacy. At present, there are some problems in the internationalization of general education curriculum in Chinese universities: the general education curriculum lacks clear object; the students from the globalization perspective have insufficient ability to link social problems with worldwide development,national development and local development. Facing the new idea of the construction of Community of destiny mankind, it is necessary for universities to clarify the personnel training objective in the process of internationalization, establish cultural consciousness and handle contradictions between local knowledge and global knowledge, increase the content and structure of general education curriculum by increasing interdisciplinary courses, and develop hidden resources of general education curricula by collaboration with social organizations.
