摘　　要：应用惩罚移位法研究种群动力系统(P)最优分布控制的计算,考虑到无约束的极小化问题的近似解法,用p和u作为两个相互独立变量的无约束的极小化问题的解簇{(p_m,u_m)}来逼近有约束的极小化问题的解(p(u),u),依此构造了其逼近序列,并证明了这种方法的收敛性.It applies the research of penalty shift method to the optimal distribution control calculation in the system（ P）. In view of the approximate solutions of unconstrained minimization,we may regard p and v as mutually independent variables in the solution clusters of unconstrained minimization {（pm,um） } to approach the solution of the constrained minimization（ p（u）,u）,a sequence of approximation is thus constructed,and proved the convergence of this method.
