摘  要:旅游目的地居民的旅游亲和力从根本上看既是影响游客旅游体验质量的关键,也是目的地旅游发展的核心竞争力。以武汉市为例,通过对来过武汉旅游的游客进行访谈搜集资料,运用扎根理论研究方法对访谈数据进行处理与分析。研究发现:(1)旅游目的地居民的旅游亲和力主要由地方认同、生活态度、言语交际、公共秩序以及奉献精神5个方面构成;(2)地方认同和奉献精神可以对游客感知到的旅游亲和力的主要内容进行概括。Affinity for travel & tourism from the residents in tourism destination which is one of tourism service elements is fundamentally the key factor affecting the quality of tourists' experience and also the core competence of tourism destination development. This paper,taking the typical tourism destination of Wuhan City for example,collects data through interviews with tourists who have been to Wuhan City and analyzes the data by adopting the research method of grounded theory which is very effective in the qualitative research to coding data. The study indicates that affinity for travel & tourism from the residents in tourism destination mainly includes five aspects of place identity,life attitude,verbal communication,public order and dedication spirit,which is the model of affinity for travel & tourism from the residents in tourism destination,the two aspects of place identity and dedication spirit is the main content of affinity for travel & tourism from the residents in tourism destination,while place identity and dedication spirit is affected with each other. This study on the content of affinity for travel & tourism from the residents in tourism destination is not only of immediate significance to the tourism destination development but also offers enlightenment for the study in this field.
