积极心理学视域下未成年犯刑罚社会化的趋向

摘　　要：积极心理学的开创性理念及其关于积极性情绪、美德与品格优势、心理韧性与积极幻想等内容的研究恰恰符合了未成年犯刑罚社会化研究的需要,积极心理学理论与未成年犯刑罚社会化目标有着很多内在的契合性。从积极心理学的视角来看,未成年犯的刑罚社会化之路可以从刑罚机制的优化、社会积极支持的提供、刑罚执行方式的教育化倾向、矫治方式的个性化等方向入手,大力发展各项积极性的社会化措施,最终实现未成年犯的再社会化目标。The positive psychology of creative ideas and research on positive emotions, virtue and character strengths, resilience and positive illusions and other content just meet the needs of research in penalty socialization of juvenile offenders. The theory of positive psychology and juvenile socialization of penalty goal has a lot of inner consistency. From the perspective of the positive psychology, the penalty socialization way of juvenile offenders can start with the direction of optimizing of penalty mechanism, supply of positive social support, educational tendency of the mode of execution of punishment, and individualization of psychological correction methods, and develop various positive social measures for finally achieving the goal of re-socialization of juvenile offenders.
