摘  要:学习动机作为一种重要的非智力因素对激发和维持学习者的学习活动皆有重要意义。目前,成人学习者存在自信心不足、功利色彩浓重、效率低下和难以接受新事物等问题。为了解决这些问题,可以从以下几个方面着手:增强成人自我效能感,激发内在学习兴趣;借助在线学习平台,打造成人学习共同体;凝聚社会合力,营造学习氛围;课程设计梯形化,成人各学所需;及时反馈学习结果,强化和维持学习动机。As an important non-intellectual factor, learning motivation is important for stimulating and maintaining learners' learning activities. At present, adult learners have many problems, such as lack of self-confidence, heavy utility, low efficiency and difficulty of accepting new things. In order to solve these problems, we can do from the following aspects including enhancing adult self- efficacy, stimulating intrinsic interest in learning, building adult learning community by online learning platform, cohering social force, creating a learning atmosphere, designing the curriculum similar to ladder to satisfy adult learning required; timely paying feedback of learning results and strengthening and maintain learning motivation.
