摘　　要：智能化时代背景下现有职业教育人才培养模式存在着技术化的趋势,基于技术化人才、技术化社会、技术化教学三个方面来反思人才培养模式哲学取向的不足,指出智能时代对职业教育人才培养模式的挑战。基于此,提出了智能时代必然会给职业教育人才培养模式带来根本性的变革,其重构的核心框架包括:构建现代职业教育一贯制人才培养体系,构建职业教育高端订制化的人才培养定式,构建"中职—高职—应用型本科"层次的特色人才培养范式,构建跨学科、多技能为核心的职业教育人才培养路径。Under the background of the intelligent era, there are some technical trends in the training mode of the existing voca- tional education. Based on the technical talent, the technical society and the technical teaching, this paper points out that the intellec- tual age of the talented person training mode This paper puts forward that the intelligent era will bring the fundamental change to the training mode of the vocational education. The core framework of the reconstruction includes the construction of the modem vocational education training system, the hlgh-end vocational education system, customary talent cultivation style, ＂vocational-vocational-applied undergraduate＂ level of the characteristics of personnel training paradigm, interdisciplinary and multi-skills as the core of vocational ed- ucation personnel training path.
