摘　　要：高校教学水平是评价一个大学优秀与否的重要标准之一,目前高校教学中还存在教师教学内容不完善、方法不得当、教师教学积极性不高等问题,常态化教学录播系统是信息技术应用教学的一个尝试,以常态化教学录播系统为基础的评审机制可以提高教师教学的积极性,促进课堂教学质量的提升。The teaching quality of colleges and universities is one of the most important criteria to evaluate whether a university is excellent or not.At present,there are still some problems such as imperfect teaching content,improper methods and low enthusiasm of teachers in teaching.Normalized teaching recording system is an attempt of application of information technology in teaching.The accreditation system based on the normalized teaching recording system can improve the enthusiasm of teachers and promote the quality of classroom teaching.
