浅议民办高职涉医类专业医学人文课程与学生工匠精神的培育——以钟山职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：在高职院校特别是民办高职涉医类专业的人才培养目标中,学生的工匠精神培育是重要的一方面,在办学实践中,医学人文课程在学生工匠精神培育中的重要性也日渐凸显。本文将从医学人文课程与学生工匠精神培育的必要性出发,从人文课程的内容建设、质量管理、师资建设、纪律管理等角度,探讨学生工匠精神的培育。In the goal of talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges,especially Private vocational medical specialties,the cultivation of students＇ artisan spirit is an important aspect.In the practice of running a school,the importance of medical humanities course is also increasingly prominent in the cultivation of student artisan spirit.Based on the necessity of medical humanities course and cultivating students＇ artisan spirit,this article discusses the cultivation of students＇ artisan spirit from the aspects of content construction,quality control,teacher construction and discipline management of medical humanities course.
