摘  要:建立了基于HPLC的桑源DNJ定量分析方法,在样品前处理时选择料液比2∶20(g∶mL),提取时间25 min,提取次数2次作为最优前处理条件。该方法在DNJ质量浓度0.3~50.0μg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数R^2=0.9997;LOD和LQD分别为0.3,1.0μg/mL;重现性试验的RSD小于5.0%,表明该检测方法的准确性、稳定性、重现性较好,适于桑源DNJ的实际检测。In this study, the quantitative analysis method of 1-Deoxynojirimycin(DNJ) in mulberry leaf was constructed based on HPLC method. The results showed that the optimum ratio of material to liquid was 2 ∶20(g∶mL),the extraction time was 25 min,and the extraction time was two times during sample preparation. The calibration curves of DNJ showed a good linearity in the range of 0.3~50.0 μg/mL,with the correlation coefficient was 0.9997. LOD and LQD were 0.3 μg/mL and 1.0 μg/mL respectively. RSD value of repeatability was less than 5.0%. It showed that this method had good accuracy,stability and repeatability. It was suitable for actual detection of DNJ in mulberry leaf.
