摘 要:为改善某连通式油气悬架工程车辆的平顺性,基于7自由度整车数学模型,建立整车Simulink模型与液压系统AMEsim模型的联合仿真系统,将白噪声法生成的四轮相关路面时域模拟信号作为仿真激励,进行联合仿真分析。在确定车辆平顺性评价指标后,选择影响车辆性能的可优化悬架参数,建立目标函数和约束条件,应用改进的多目标遗传算法优化求解。将优化前后的参数值分别代入联合仿真模型,仿真结果显示,在50 km/h车速下,车身垂向加速度均方根值降低42%,车轮动载荷均方根平均值降低44.2%,悬架动行程均方根平均值提高32.6%;在不同车速下,车辆的平顺性均得到大幅提高。To improve the ride comfort of the vehicles with interconnected hydro-pneumatic suspensions, the joint simulation system of Simulink model of the vehicles and AMEsim model of the hydro-pneumatic suspensions is established based on 7-DOF vehicle's mathematical model. The time-domain analog signal of four-wheel correlation generated by white noise method is used as simulation excitation to carry out the joint simulation analysis. The evaluation index of vehicle's ride comfort is defined, and the parameters of HPS affecting the performance of vehicles are selected. The improved multiobjective genetic algorithm is used to find the optimal solution according to the objective function and constraint conditions.he parameters before and after the optimization are put into the joint simulation model respectively, and the results are compared mutually. Simulation results show that the root mean square(RMS) value of vertical acceleration reduces by 42 %,the RMS value of vehicle dynamic load reduces by 44.2 %, and the RMS value of the dynamic travel of the suspension increases by 32.6 % in the case of 50 km/h riding speed. Vehicle's ride comfort is improved greatly at different speeds.
