积极心理学视域下的五年制高专班级管理

摘　　要：积极心理学是心理学研究的一种新型模式。它以研究人类的积极心理品质,关注人类的健康幸福与和谐发展为主要内容,将注意力由原来的关注防御和修复损伤转向提升生活品质。基于五年制高专班级管理的特殊性,从积极心理学角度出发,班主任通过转换管理角色和创造积极环境等策略改善班级管理模式,以增加学生积极的情感体验,使学生体验到存在的价值和奉献的快乐,从而促进五年制高专班学生身心的健康发展。Positive psychology is a new mode of psychological research which focuses on the study of the positive psychological quality of human beings,and take the human health,happiness and harmonious development as the main content.It turns the attention from defense and repair to improve the quality of human life.Due to the particularity of class management in five-year higher vocational education,we can try to improve class management mode by shifting management role of teachers,creating a positive environment to increase students＇ positive emotional experience.The methods above enable students to experience the value of existence and the joy of dedication,promoting the healthy development of five-year higher vocational college students.
