摘  要:产教融合,校企合作是职业教育改革的必由之路。以校企生三方利益平衡为出发点,在该视角下分析了产教深度融合开展现代学徒制合作项目选取的策略,从成本-利益角度,本文归纳了各利益相关方的支出,收益与风险,指出各方在合作中的职责,结合具体试点实践项目,介绍了实践中,兼顾校企生各方利益的做法,人才培养模式的改革方案,探索建立了"学生——学徒——准员工——员工"的校企生多方共赢的有效人才培养路线,总结了实践中的经验,为进一步做好现代学徒制教育提出了针对性的建议。Production-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation are the only way for vocational education reform.To keep the balance among interests of three parties including the school,the enterprise and the students,this essay discusses the strategy for selecting modern apprenticeship project.Based on the perspective of cost and benefit,thisessay summarizes the expenditure,gains and risks of each party,points out their responsibilities,introduces the practice measures for talents training reform programme,so as to achieve the win-win situation among the parties including the student,the apprentice and the employees.Some corresponding suggestions for modern apprenticeship education are put forward as well.
