ClinproTM XT Varnish用于浅层楔状缺损的临床效果应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察ClinproTM XT Varnish(长效释氟玻璃离子保护膜)用于浅型楔状缺减轻牙本质敏感症的临床实际疗效。方法收集来本院就诊的195例浅型楔缺患者,采用自身对照设计,将同一患者口内的浅型楔缺用抽签的方式分为Clinpro TM XT Varnish组(A组)和Gluma脱敏剂组(B组)进行脱敏治疗,观察治疗后即刻、3个月和1a的脱敏效果。结果 2组在脱敏后即刻、3个月和1a的有效率,A组均高于B组,且在3个时间点上两组患牙的总治疗有效率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。将2组脱敏剂的疗效进行两两比较,得出Clinpro TM XT Varnish组的治疗效果要更持久,疗效也相对更好。结论 2种脱敏剂均可缓解浅型楔状缺减轻牙本质敏感症,Clinpro TM XT Varnish疗效更好且脱敏效果持久稳定。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ClinproTM XT Varnish(long-lasting fluoride releasing glass ionomer membrane)for shallow wedge-shaped on reduction of dentine hypersensitivity.Methods 195 cases with 2 shallow wedges-shaped teeth in our hospital,using self-comparison design,were divided into group A and group B to treat with Clinpro TM XT Varnish for one tooth and Gluma desensitizer for another tooth,and desensitization efficiency was observed after treatment immediately,3 months and 1 years.Results The effective rate of the group A was significantly higher than that of the group B at 0,3 months and 1 year after desensitization.There was significant difference in total effective rate(P <0.05).And the therapeutic effect of Clinpro TM XT Varnish was more durable.Conclusion Two kinds of desensitizers can alleviate the shallow wedge-shaped dentin susceptibility,and the efficacy of Clinpro TM XT Varnish was better,durable and stable.
