摘  要:以昆明小鼠为研究对象,经连续灌胃苦荞麦活性肽饮品30 d后进行负重游泳试验,测定其负重游泳时间及血清中的酸脱氢酶、尿素氮、乳酸、肝糖原。采用同样方法进行抗氧化试验,测定小鼠肝脏总抗氧化活力与总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。结果表明,与对照组相比,灌胃苦荞麦活性肽饮品后昆明小鼠的负重游泳存活时间明显延长,负重游泳运动后有效降低血清乳酸与尿素氮水平、提高肝糖原水平及乳酸脱氢酶的含量,且随灌胃剂量的增加其效果越明显。在抗氧化动物试验中,发现苦荞活性肽饮品可以有效提高小鼠肝脏总抗氧化活力与总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,且随灌胃剂量的增加其效果愈明显。说明苦荞麦活性肽饮品具有良好的抗疲劳和抗氧化作用,今后可开发为解除疲劳、延缓衰老的保健饮品。With Kunming white mice as experimental animals, the mice were gavaged with tartary buckwheat bioactive peptide beverage. After 30 days, loaded swimming experiment was conducted to detect loaded swim-ming time, content of blood lactic dehydrogenase, urea nitrogen, lactic acid and hepatic glycogen. Using the same method, anti-oxidative experiment was conducted to detect the content of total antioxidant activity and SOD activity in liver. Compared with the control group, the loaded swimming survival time of Kunming white mice injected with tartary buckwheat bioactive peptide beverage was prolonged obviously, the content of serum lactic acid and urea nitrogen was decreased effectively, and the content of hepatic glycogen and lactic dehydro-genase was increased after the loaded swimming. In the anti-oxidative animal experiment, it was found that the level of total antioxidant activity and SOD activity in liver of mice could be increased by tartary buckwheat bioactive peptide beverage. Effects were more obvious with the increasing of dosage. Due to good anti-fatigue and anti-oxidative effects, tartary buckwheat bioactive peptide beverage can be developed to be health beverage with anti-fatigue and anti-aging effects.
