512考试教育网平台在急诊科护士培训及考核中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨512考试教育网平台在急诊科护士培训及考核中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2017年1~6月参加培训的急诊科护士50名作为研究对象,采用512考试教育网平台对其进行培训考核。比较培训前后考核成绩以及护士对512考试教育网平台实施的反馈。结果:培训后,护士理论知识考核得分(92.32±8.87)分,较培训前(81.28±11.89)分明显提高(P<0.05);86%及以上的护士对512考试教育网平台教学方式、培训时间、培训效果、教学资源以及教学水平等评价均很好。结论:512考试教育网平台改变了急诊科护士培训及考核方式,提升了护士综合素质及护理工作的迅速发展。Objective： To explore the application effect of the 512 examination and education network platform in training and testing of nurses in emergency department. Methods： A total of 50 emergency nurses of our hospital who received training from January to June 2017 were selected as the research objects,and were trained and tested at the 512 examination and education network platform. The test results and the feedback of nurses on the implementation of the512 examination and education network platform were compared before and after the training. Results： After the training,the scores of nurses＇ theoretical knowledge test（ 92. 32 ± 8. 87） were significantly higher than those before the training（ 81. 28 ± 11. 89）（ P〈0. 05）; 86% of nurses had quite good evaluation of the teaching method of the 512 examination and education network platform,training time and effect,teaching resources and teaching level. Conclusion： The 512 examination and education network platform has changed the training and testing method of emergency nurses,and improved the comprehensive quality of nurses and advanced the rapid development of nursing work.
