护理硕士专业学位研究生课程设置的探索与启示

摘　　要：目的:调查学生对护理硕士专业学位课程设置的意见,为优化课程设置提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对47名在读护理硕士专业学位研究生进行课程设置相关调查。结果:在课程重要性方面,学生认为非常重要的课程排名前3位的分别为《循证护理》、《医学统计学》和《SPSS软件的应用》,认为不重要的课程排名前3位的分别为《高级病理生理学》、《实验动物学》和《高级药物治疗学》;在课程课时长短方面,多数学生认为科研相关课程如《循证护理》应增加学时,而专业基础类课程如《高级病理生理学》应减少学时;在课程最适宜安排时间方面,超过50%的学生认为科研相关课程应安排在第一学期,其他专业课程可安排在第二学期;此外还希望能开设《护理研究》、《护理信息学》、《护理科研伦理》等课程且所开设的课程尤其是专业课程能与培养方向相匹配。结论:护理硕士专业学位课程设置应建设护理专业学位特色课程、与培养方向相匹配同时要与专科护士培训有效衔接,为培养出更多实践性高层次的护理人才奠定基础。Objective:To provide the evidences for optimizing the curriculumby investigating students' suggestion on the degree curriculum for graduates of nursing majors.Methods:47 students had been investigated with a self-designed questionnaire about their suggestion on the degree curriculum.Results:In the aspect of courses' importance,most of students considered the top three courses asEvidence-based Nursing(93.6%),Medical Statistics(93.6%)and Application of SPSS Software(91.5%)and three least important courses as Advanced Pathphysiology(36.2%),Experimental Zoology(36.2%)and Advanced Pharmacotherapy(29.8%).In the aspect of class hours,most of students thought that the class hours of the courses related to scientific research such as Evidence-based Nursing(80.9%)should be increased and those of basicmajor courses such as Advanced Pharmacotherapy(59.6%)should be decreased.In the aspect of appropriate curriculum time,more than 50% students thought the major courses related to scientific research should be arranged in the first semester and othercourses could be arranged in the second semester.Besides,some students hoped to be offered courses such as Nursing Research,Nursing Informatics,NursingResearch Ethics and so on,and the major courses shouldmatchthe students' trainingorientation.Conclusion:The degree curriculum forgraduates of the nursing majorshould includespecial courses,matchthe students' trainingorientation,be connected with specialist nurse training and lay the foundation forcultivating more practical high-level nursing talents.
