浅析在口腔修复中正畸治疗的临床应用

摘　　要：目的研究分析正畸治疗在口腔修复治疗中的使用价值,为临床治疗提供参考。方法根据2014年6月—2016年5月我院的46例口腔修复治疗患者来分析研究,将患者分成对照组和观察组,均有23例,观察组患者接受正畸治疗,对照组使用常规治疗,对两组的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果观察组患者中有13例患者在治疗后显示有效,有9例患者的症状改善明显,还有1例患者的治疗没有效果,患者临床治疗的总有效率是95.6%,对照组患者接受治疗后,有4例患者治疗有效,有12例症状改善明显,还有7例无效病例,患者的临床治疗总有效率为69.6%,观察组的有效率比对照组高,两组的临床治疗有效率差异存在统计学意义(χ~2=5.447 4,P<0.05)。结论正畸治疗在口腔修复治疗中具有比较好的效果,对患者的咀嚼能力和牙齿美观度有很大的改善。Objective To study and analyze the value of orthodontic treatment in prosthodontics,and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods 46 cases of oral repairpatients from June 2014 to May 2016 in our hospitalwere divided into control group and observation group,23 casesin each group,patients in the observation group received orthodontic treatment,the control group received conventional treatment,the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In the observation group,13 patients showed effective after treatment,symptoms of 9 cases were improved,and 1 casehad no effect,the total efficiency of clinical treatment was 95.6%,in the control group,4 patients showed effective after treatment,symptomsof 12 patients improved significantly,7 cases were invalid,the total efficiency of clinical treatment was 69.6%,the effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than the control group（χ2=5.447 4,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Orthodontic treatment in oral rehabilitation treatment has a good effect,chewing capacity and tooth beauty of patients have greatly improved.
