关于博济医校是中国近代第一家西医校的考辨

摘　　要：将近代西医校的教育模式与博济医校的教育模式、博济医校创立前的教育模式试作比较,从而确认中国最早的西医医校教育模式及出现时间。通过从博济医校的办校办学特点:建制与学制、师资与任教情况、学生、教材、医学期刊、课程设置、医科前期教学的临床教学、教学场地和校舍方面入手,分析判定1866年创建的博济医校符合近代医校的办学要求,并确定博济医校成立前中国并未出现符合医校办学要求的教育实体,从而判定1866年创建的博济医校是中国近代第一所西医校。This article compared the medical education condition of Boji Medical School with the common characteristics of the modern medical school, especially on the school organization, school system, teaching staffs, students enrolling, textbooks and journals, curriculum, preclinical and clinical trainings as well as the campus and facilities. The authors＇ findings showed that medical education held by Boji Medical School since 1866 possessed the features of modern medical school education. No other similar education organizations were found in China mainland before 1866. In conclusion, Boji Medical School. established in 1866, was the first modern western-style medical school in modern China.
