摘 要:目的引导全科医学生转变陈旧的学习方法,提高《组织学》的实践技能。方法以全科医学生作为研究对象,分别采用传统模式和改革模式进行组织学的实验教学,通过分析两组学生的期考和切片考试成绩,评估运用"医学形态学数字化教学平台"开展全科医学实验教学改革的效果。结果两种教学模式的全科医学生的切片考试的成绩对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但两组医学生的期考成绩对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用"医学形态学数字化教学平台",通过以切片观察为主的分级、多次随堂测验的形式,进行分系统、分阶段的"技能考试",能够提高教学效率和促进全科医学生自主学习。Objective Histology is an important medical professional foundation courses. There are many difficulty, such as how to guide the general medical students change old learning methods, improve its basic medical skills. Methods The general medical students were selected as the research objects, the traditional model and the reform mode were used to carry out the experimental teaching of histology, through the analysis of the two groups of students test and slice examination results, the effect of "medical morphology digital teaching platform" on general medicine experimental teaching reform were evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of the two kinds of teaching mode between the general medical students and the students(P 〉 0.05); But the contrast test scores of two groups of medical students, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Using "digital teaching platform of medical morphology", it is the improvement of the teaching efficiency and the promotion of the autonomous learning of general practitioners by grading and multiple quizzes and grading and phased skills examination.
