摘　　要：建立了一种超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析运动饮料中甘氨酸(Gly),丙氨酸(Ala),丝氨酸(Ser),脯氨酸(Pro),缬氨酸(Val),苏氨酸(Thr),异亮氨酸(Ile),亮氨酸(Leu),天冬氨酸(Asp),赖氨酸(Lys),谷氨酸(Glu),蛋氨酸(Met),组氨酸(His),苯丙氨酸(Phe),精氨酸(Arg),酪氨酸(Tyr)等16种氨基酸的方法。样品经固相萃取柱提取后,采用Acclaim Explosive E 2色谱柱(2.1mm×150mm,3μm)分离,以甲醇-10 mmo L/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相,在梯度洗脱模式下,16种氨基酸在0.10~10.00μmol/L浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数r2为0.9924~0.9993,检出限范围为0.005~0.05μmol/L,定量限范围为0.03~0.20μmol/L,加标回收率为85.1%~96.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.9%~4.8%。该方法具有前处理简单,灵敏度高和检测速度快的优点,适用于运动饮料中较宽浓度范围内多种氨基酸的同步分析,为其营养价值测定提供参考。A method of analysis different amino acids in sports drinks was established.Ultra high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry was used in the analysis of 16 kinds of amino acids including Gly,Ala,Ser,Pro,Val,Thr,Ile,Leu,Asp,Lys,Glu,Met,His,Phe,Arg,and Tyr.After samples extracted by SPE,the separation of targeted compound was performed on an Acclaim Explosive E 2 chromatographic column（2.1 mm＊150 mm,3μm）using methanol-10 mmo L/L ammonium acetate solution as mobile phase under gradient elution mode.The linear range of 16 kinds of amino acids was 0.10~10.00 μmol/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9924~0.9993.The detection limit was 0.005~0.05 μmol/L and the quantitative limit was 0.03~0.20 μmol/L.The recovery rate was 85.1 %~96.2%,and the relative standard deviation（RSD）was 1.9 %~4.8 %.The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,high sensitivity and fast detection rate.It is suitable for simultaneous analysis and determination of amino acids in a wide range for sports drinks.The study also provides the reference for its nutritional value research.
