社会工作视野下大学生职业教育的“工匠精神”培育

摘　　要：目前,很多高校大学生职业感缺失的现象严重,带来了"招工难"以及"就业难"的尴尬局面。工匠精神在高校大学生职业教育过程中有着重要意义。为了更好地对工匠精神培育与当代大学生职业观进行研究,从社工的视角出发,阐述工匠精神与职业教育的关系,指出了当代大学生职业观的影响因素,最后提出了工匠精神培育与当代大学生职业认同的路径。At present, many college students seriously lack of professional sense of the phenomenon, which brought the ＂recruitment diffi-cult＂ and ＂employment difficult＂ embarrassing situation. The spirit of craftsmen is of great significance in the process of college students＇vocational education. In order to study the artisan spirit and the contemporary college students ＇career view, this paper expounds the rela-tionship between the spirit of artisan and the vocational education from the perspective of social workers, points out the influencing factorsof contemporary college students＇ career view, and finally, the author puts forward the cultivation of artisan spirit and the path of profes-sional identification of contemporary college students.
