摘  要:目的探讨边学边做法在基础护理实训教学中的应用效果。方法选择2016级大专护生150名,将其随机分为对照组和实验组各75名。在基础护理实训教学中,对照组采取传统小组示教方法,实验组采取边学边做法。结果实验组的无菌技术、穿脱隔离衣、注射法的操作考核成绩均优于对照组;实验组自练无菌技术、穿脱隔离衣、注射法的操作正确率高于对照组。结论边学边做法有利于规范学生护理操作,提高基础护理实训教学质量。Objective To study the application effect of learning- by- doing in the basic nursing practice teaching. Methods 150 cases of junior nurse students in 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 75 cases in each, the control group adopted the traditional group teaching method, while eh experimental group adopted the learning-by-doing method in the basic nursing practice teaching. Results The operation examination scores of aseptic technique, stripping, isolation clothing, and injection method in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the opera-tion accuracy rates of self-practice of aseptic technique, stripping, isolation clothing, and injection method in the experi-mental group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion The learning-by-doing is conducive to standardizing the nursing operation and improving the basic nursing practice teaching quality.
