摘 要:目的介绍了在护理实践工作中,通过对护士工作进行绩效考核的量化管理,从而提高护理质量,保证护理安全,全方位的服务好每一位患者。方法利用自制的护士工作量统计表对护士工作进行各方面的考核管理,然后根据科内考核规定计算每位护士的工作量而得出结论。结果绩效考核的量化管理提高了护士对工作的积极性;提高了患者、家属的满意度;提高了护士的自身素质、提高了护士的执行力和竞争力;提高了中层护理人员的领导管理能力;规范了护理人员的培训流程;强化了在护理工作中薄弱环节处的管理,提高了科内护理质量管理。结论护理管理是护理服务和护理质量的关键,绩效考核的量化管理又是护理管理中的核心问题,采用新型护理绩效考核模式,有助于提高护理管理水平,改善护理管理效能,绩效考核的量化管理在护理质量管理中起到了非常重要的作用。Objective To improve the nursing quality, ensure the nursing safety and comprehensively serve each patient by the quantitative management of performance evaluation of nurse work. Methods Various aspects of nurse work was exam-ined and managed by the self-made nurse work questionnaire, thus drawing a conclusion according to department examina-tion specifications. Results The quantitative management of performance examination improved the enthusiasm of nurses to work, improved the satisfactory degree of patients and their family, improved the self-qualities of nurses, improved the exec-utive force and competiveness of nurses, improved the leadership management capability of middle-level nursing staff, stan-dardize the training course of nursing staff, intensify the management of weak points in the nursing work, and improved the department nursing quality management. Conclusion Nursing management is the key to the nursing service and nursing quality, and the quantitative management of performance examination is the core problems in the nursing management, and the newly nursing performance examination model contributes to improving the nursing management level and improving the nursing management efficiency, and it plays a very important role in the nursing quality management.
