摘　　要：根据"供给侧改革"的相关理论,结合体育教师培训的实际需求,按照浙江省"十三五"教师培训的相关文件精神,通过调研发现需求方体育教师参加培训的动机、培训的困惑、培训内容、培训实现方式、培训最佳时间等还存在的一些问题,进行详细的分析与讨论,同时给供需双方就教师培训方面提出一些相关的建议与对策。"Supply-side reform" is a hot word in the community. According to "supply-side reform"theory, combined with the actual needs of training of physical education teachers in Zhejiang Province, the paper puts forward constructing suggestions in accordance with the 13 th Five-Year Teacher Training together with the research findings in motivation, training puzzles, training content, training methods,training time and so on.
