摘　　要：我国高等教育存在的问题主要在于发展理念不够先进、发展机制不够完善、发展方式不够科学。解决这些问题的关键在于构建新的人才培养模式。本文以贵州理工学院为例,从选择适宜本校发展的人才培养理念、明确专业改革的定位与目标、确定专业改革的实施步骤和建立实施OBE的体制机制等四个方面研究了理工科院校如何实施OBE工程教育模式,为新建本科院校的教育教学改革提供借鉴和参考。There are some disparities and problems existing in China＇s higher education such as：the development concept is not mature enough;the development mechanism is not complete;and the development pattern is unscientific.And the solution lies in a new higher education development mode.This paper,taking Guizhou Institute of Technology as an example,describes the Implementation plan of OBE engineering education mode in newly-built colleges in the following four aspects：how to determine the appropriate personnel training concept;how to define the position and target of the specialty reform;how to determine the implementation steps of specialty reform;how to establish and implement the OBE mechanism.It provides preferences for education teaching reformation in newly-built undergraduate colleges.
