摘 要:目的探讨在住院医师规范化培训中开展情景模拟课程的可行性及课程设置的合理性。方法回顾性分析2015年8月—2016年7月在我院进行规范化培训的2015级住院医师中开展的情景模拟课程。采用课后调查问卷的方式,对课程形式、课程硬件、教师的引导方式、课程辅助人员的配合度、课程的时间安排、课程内容难度等进行评价。结果对课程形式、教师的引导方式、课程辅助人员、课程的时间安排方面学员满意度均>95.00%。有15.75%的问卷表示课程的硬件设施满意度一般,10.50%的问卷反馈课程对自己的工作帮助不大,另外有8.70%的问卷认为课程比较难。结论情景模拟课程这种培训形式因其内容贴近临床,实用性强,形式活泼受到住院医师的认可;教师对于硬件设施的熟悉程度是课程顺利进行的重要保障;需要针对不同基地背景的学员进行课前评估,开设符合学员水平的相关情景模拟课程才能满足更多学员的需求,切实提高住院医师规培的内涵质量。Objective To evaluate the teasibility and rationality of scenario based simulation curriculum designed for standardized residency training program. Methods A retrospective analysis of the scenario simulation course was carried out in 2015 grade residents in our hospital from August 2015 to July 2016. Using the questionnaire after class, the evaluation of curriculum form, curriculum hardware, teachers' guidance mode, the coordination degree of course assistant, the time arrangement of course and the difficulty of curriculum content were evaluated. Results The satisfaction rate was 〉 95.00% among the residents in the formation of curriculum, time management, facilitator debriefing mode and course assistants. 15.75% of the surveys showed that the hardware of curriculum was sub- optimal. 10.50% of the survey reported that the curriculum had little help for the residents' daily work and 8.70% reported that the curriculum was too difficult. Conclusion The residents recognize that the scenario based simulation curriculum is relevance to clinical practice, and has high feasibility, The familiarity of hardware usage of trainer is essential to the implement of curriculum. Precourse estimation is necessary in designing relevant curriculum for different levels of residents and to increase the quality and quantity of standardized residency training program.
