摘　　要：农业供给侧结构性改革,是我国的重大战略决策,培育新型职业农民是这一决策赋予农村职业教育的重要使命;但现有的农村职业教育在目标定位与定向、服务对象、管理和培训体系等方面亟待完善;农村职业教育必须主动变革,坚持面向"三农",并将农民纳入学校职业教育服务的对象;构建政府为主、多主体参与的"一主多元"的培育体系,以为农业供给侧结构性改革提供坚实的人力资源保障。Agricultural supply-side structure reform is our country＇s great strategy, and to cultivate new-type professional farmers is an important mission that this strategy endowed to rural vocational education. However, the existing rural vocational education couldn＇t meet the mission because of its limitation in goals, targets, service objects, and management and training system. Rural vocational education should make active changes by sticking to serve the agriculture, the rural area and the farmers and making farmers as the targeted service objects. We should establish a government-led training system with multi-body participation to ensure sufficient human resources for agricultural supply-side structural reform.
